Directors

The roll of the directors shall in all cases act as a board for the guidance and development of the organization. The "Board" may adopt such rules and regulations for the conduct of their meetings and the management of the corporation, as they may deem proper, not inconsistent with the by-laws of the organization and the laws of the State. The function of the board is to provide support to the staff and officers of the corporation and to participate and provide assistance in the organizations various functions and programs.

Each director shall hold office for a two-year term and until his or her successor shall have been elected and qualified.
