The business and affairs of the corporation shall be managed by the Executive Board. The executive officers shall in all cases act as a board, and they may adopt such rules and regulations for the conduct of their meetings and the management of the corporation, as they may deem proper, not inconsistent with the by-laws of the organization and the laws of the State. The Executive Director and staff shall manage the day to day operations of the organization under the guidance of the Executive Board and with the support of the organizations other boards.
Each officer shall hold office for a two-year term and until his or her successor shall have been elected and qualified.
