Thank you for your support of Every Kid Counts for this year’s FBR Open. Listed below are the instructions for your volunteering: Currently we have you registered for the following shift(s) on the day(s) listed below:
Monday Jan 1st (Minimal Help Needed)
Tuesday Jan 31st (Minimal Help Needed)
Wednesday Feb 1st
Thursday Feb 2nd
Friday 3rd
Saturday 4th
Sunday 5th
Shift Times:
S1 = 8 am – 3 pm
S2 = 11 am – 6 pm
S3 = 8 am – 6 pm
Parking is provided in general public lots with bus transportation being provided to the main entrance. There are two lots to choose from; Lot C at West World or Lot B at the 101 loop and Hayden. Please allow at least 1 hour for traffic and parking before your shift starts:
Our Location is left of the Main entrance. Our booth is the Cell Phone/Bag Check in Booth. You will check in at our booth. Ware comfortable clothing, lunch will be provided. If you are working on a Sunday and would like to attend the open one of the days before come by the booth and request a pass.
