Jack Nagle: We will miss you – But never forget you! Every Kid Counts say so long and thank you to another great heart Jack Nagle who began his new journey in life upon his passing on September 7th. Jack and his lovely wife Noreen, through their unwavering generosity, participated in many worthwhile causes throughout the valley. Jack was a 45 year member of the Kiwanis Club and a great Volunteer to Every Kid Counts Children’s Charity. From Golf Tournaments to the State Fair, EKC could always count on Jack to bring a bushel of laughs and a load of fun. Jack's personality was that of a work horse and a doer that everyone enjoyed. Compassion, kindness and good natured soft humor are just a few words to describe his character. When someone asked him for help he was more than happy to lend a hand. When someone deserved a pat on the back, he gave praise. When some one needed a good kick in the pants he would give one. I was fortunate that I was just one of those who he inspired to keep going when times were tough, praised me when I did good and encouraged me when I was down with a kick in the pants. As a member of the Scottsdale Kiwanis Club/ Airpark Kiwanis, Jack was very noticeable when he was there and it was even more noticeable now that he is not. One could tell that the club and her members where always in his heart and in his thoughts. Likewise, he will always be in ours. We will miss Jack; however, we will truly not forget him. From his brothers and sisters of his beloved Kiwanis Club Family and from all of us at Every Kid Counts Children’s Charity we wish him a safe journey to the heavens above and we thank God for the opportunity that was given to have had him as part of our lives. With sincere Admiration, Robert J. Perelka President, Every Kid Counts Children’s Charity |
