On July 14th, 2006 PetroSun (PSUD) CEO and EKC Co- Founders Gordon LeBlanc and wife Kay, presented a certificate of 50,000 share to Rob Perelka, EKC President and Co-Founder at a Special fundraiser at the Phoenix F.O.P Lodge. "This offer of shares is to assist EKC in its debt reduction from many years of short falls in program expenditures, said Mr. LeBlanc. He also added, "That he was proud of the achievements of the organization over the past 12 years and the dedication and commitment to the youth in Arizona, California, Florida, New Mexico and soon in Louisiana."
This is a proud moment in the charities history" said Todd Wigington, EKC's Current Chairman of the Board. "Our charity has gone through many years of struggles do to the numerous nation catastrophes we have all experienced and been affected by since September 11th, 2001, however, EKC has managed, through much incurred debt, to stay our course."
