Volunteer Information For  April 14th - 17th 2005

Have you participated in CTUSA as a volunteer for EKC before:    Yes    No

Will you be camping in the EKC Camp Site:                               Yes    No

(Free Camping available only to those working two or more 6 hour shifts)

Shift Time: Specific times may vary. Notification will be given in advance.

Shift # 1   (Between 2 p.m. & 4:p.m. till 10 p.m.)   Shift # 2 (Between 6 p.m. & 8 p.m. - 2 a.m.) 

In order to assist EKC, please select ALL times you are available to work. We will contact you with the final times we need you to work. If you are seeking to watch a specific show, we will make arrangements for you. 

Thursday April 14th:      Shift # 1      Shift # 2   

Friday April 15th:              FILLED         Shift # 2   

Saturday April 16th:       Shift # 1      Shift # 2   

Sunday April 17th:              FILLED       Shift # 2   

30 People needed to unloaded and Loaded Brooks & Dunn Trailers  Back Stage Time are: (good for those of you who are under 19 years of age)

Friday 7:30 am - 10:30 am:    Unloading

Friday 11:00 PM - 1:00 AM: Loading

    Bartending  (Must be 19 years or older)

    Loading and Unloading Back Stage Brooks and Dunn (Must be 16 years or older)
